Our little corner

RED WOLF BAR AND GRILLE is a family-friendly and cozy corner restaurant in the borough of Bath. Red Wolf, located within the historic Bath Hotel, opened in May 2013. Local brothers, Angelo and Joe Caiazzo, also co-owners of Campus Pizza and Dolce Mamma in Bethlehem, first purchased the hotel in 2005 after a well-publicized fire had destroyed much of the original structure. The building has since been entirely remodeled. In Red Wolf, the Caiazzo brothers have created a family-friendly, comfortable and contemporary restaurant for all to enjoy. Red Wolf Bar & Grille offers a delicious twist on your not-so-typical pub fare: scrumptious appetizers, wings, burgers, pasta, pizzeria-style pizza, and more! Ask how you can “build your own Boli!” A house favorite is the Drunken Chicken Parmesan sandwich, which is breaded, drenched in vodka sauce, coated with mozzarella cheese, and toasted to perfection. Another “must try” is the Red Wolf Cheesesteak Sandwich, consisting of thinly sliced ribeye smothered with fried onions and white American cheese. The Red Wolf menu also offers traditional lasagna, stuffed meatballs, beer-battered haddock, and classic ribeye steaks. For the kids, ask to see the “pup’s menu!”

Red Wolf’s bar features seasonal mixed drinks, martinis, and craft beers, along with all your favorites. Join us for Trivia, and nightly dinner specials. Red Wolf is available for your private parties and functions. Seasonally, enjoy our new outdoor patio!
